"Reported error (0x80042108): Outlook is unable to connect to your incoming (POP3) email server."
The most common reasons for this is:
1) You have some sort of connectivity issue which might be caused by your local ISP, or you might be blocked on our. Please, contact our support so that we can make sure that there are no blocks on your IP address
2) You have anti virus software or firewall which is blocking connections to our server
3) You have damaged local files, such as bad installation of Outlook, corruption due to updates, bad drivers, etc. In this we recommend that you update your Windows, and Outlook to latest versions and if need to re-install Outlook from scratch
